No matter what the problem is, u check the whole Vehicle over. Nothing is ever there fault, after u spend thousands of dollars on there business to fix things that have to be repeatedly returned to be fixed. Oh, it’s this, oh it’s that! Tuffy, not r fault! So, done!!
Left us sit for an hour and a half in their lobby with an appointment for 9 am. Finally at 10:40 we left. We were the only car left in the parking lot. No one bothered to let us know when we would be seen or how much longer it was going to take to get in for our 9 am appointment. So at 10:40 we left. And all the guy at the desk would say to me when I asked for our keys so we could go elsewhere was “ this isn’t a fast food place” .....
Before making a long drive home, I stopped at Tuffy's. I heard some rattling under my hood and wanted to make sure my car wouldn't fall apart on the drive. The folks at Tuffy's checked my car out, didn't charge me a dime, and made me laugh in the process. I highly recommend!

Got me right in on Saturday when my car was in distress. they diagnosed the problem and were able to help me.
Tuffy fixed my AC line quickly and for a lot cheaper than planned.. rather that replacing my whole AC line they took the time to create a special fitting to repair the part of the leak. Much appreciated!

Everytime my car had some wrong I bring it here. There very helpful and they will tell you what's wrong. I love this place and will continue going here. They fixed my car recently and it now runs better then it ever did. The great thing about tuffy if you don't have alot of money they will tell you the problem that needs fixed the most
