Never had a problem with service or the staff frank is the man
Nobody likes having to spend thousands of dollars fixing their car but at Tuffy they make it as painless as possible. I walked in knowing I had some relatively serious issues on my car, they checked everything and gave me a level of severity to each problem which helped me decide what to fix. They communicated through their text system which showed pictures and brief descriptions of each issue and then they called to talk about the same report.
