We have taken our truck into this shop 3 times, paid over $800 and we STILL have the same problem. They are NOT giving the customer service we expect. We would like to talk to the owner, but front desk won't give us the number of the owner. Maybe the State's Attonrney General's office will give it to us.

Great Repair and Great Customer Service!
Very trustworthy auto service – Tuffy will perform free diagnostics and the service is very good. They are not the cheapest, but I have never had to return the car to correct their work. More importantly, I've always been impressed with their honesty. I have actually had them tell me not to perform services that competitor's had advised, like alignments, etc, that I did not need!
