Always friendly, honest, and great at what they do!!! Very reasonable as well!! Went to another mechanic place here in Ocala and was told I needed a whole new power steering pump, as a single woman with no car experience besides changing a flat and checking oil, what do I know? Actually I only needed power steering fluid!!! I will continue to refer friends and family to Tuffys!!!!!

Modern muffler shop here in ocala....these are honest and wonderful people..we had an estimate from TUFFY'S here in ocala for $ 624.00 because our tail pipe fell off. they said the whole system had to be replaced from the engine back. We went to these people on the advice of a person at the dealership and we paid $40.00 for a clamp. They SHOWED us that there were no holes or crack in the system and the gasket to the engine was just fine.....love them
