My Jeep Wrangler started smelling like smoke after having the alternator replaced just two days before at a Tuffy’s location in another city. Thankfully Andre was at the Ocala location because he saved the day! My family and I are so thankful for his honest service, knowledge, and communication. He was friendly and genuine which we appreciate so much as this ordeal happened while we were on vacation. Thank you for getting us right back on the road, Andre!
