Was traveling through Florida and stopped here when my brakes started making noise. They took my tires off and inspect my brakes. They couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I couldn't stay in Ocala for 4 days, so they put my tires back on and I was on my way. Once back home and was able to get my brakes serviced, we ran into a problem. All the employees were very nice and informative. Didnt see me as a woman walking in to an auto service center with $ signs in their eyes. My car was fixed fast and runs great. I will go back with all my auto needs.
They are HONEST!!! They will NEVER tell you about something you don’t need, or price you too high for what you do need!!!

My Jeep Wrangler started smelling like smoke after having the alternator replaced just two days before at a Tuffy’s location in another city. Thankfully Andre was at the Ocala location because he saved the day! My family and I are so thankful for his honest service, knowledge, and communication. He was friendly and genuine which we appreciate so much as this ordeal happened while we were on vacation. Thank you for getting us right back on the road, Andre!
