I've been going to Tuffy's Tire and Auto Service for all my vehicle needs since my late husband and I built our home just 4 blocks away from the shop more than 10yrs ago. Even though I've moved much further away, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else in town. Rick, Stacey and all of the great mechanics that work there have always done a stellar job, from replacing an engine to replacing a fuse. So how do you stand there for about 8 minute waiting for someone to acknowledge that you need help with something. You hang up the phone from making a appointment for somebody on the phone then you answer another call still not greeting the person that's standing there waiting. Smh. One of the worst customer service ever.

Our daughter was driving from Lincoln back to Manhattan, Kansas when she discovered her tire was flat. We drove from Omaha to Lincoln to met her and assess the situation. Owner Rick and these fine gentlemen at Tuffy Auto Service quickly and efficiently got us in and determined her tire had a defect that caused the flat. They got her a replacement tire, mounted, balanced and back onto her vehicle so that we could get her back on the road trip in as timely manner as possible.
