Worst repair shop in Ames, strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. I work on all my own vehicles, do all repair work myself, and have also done repairs for friends and family. Wow... I have never been treated as poorly as I was today at Tuffy. I bought a card of discount oil changes and other free services from Tuffy and it was good for a year.
