Very courteous, friendly and honest. John was great at explaining exactly what the problem was with my vehicle and repairing it. 👍🏻
They never fixed our problem , so disappointed. 4 different visits to tuffy for the same problem and almost 800$ later and went to a different mechanic and they fixed it right away and knew what was wrong right away . no reimbursement or anything.

My wife went into this shop with a bad wheel bearing in need of alignment and an oil change intern she was told that she needed rack and pinion for $1,500 and a full synthetic oil change which the car did not require and was told the car was unsafe to drive however when we went to two other shops for second opinions as we suspected it was a bad wheel bearing and Toyota says that the car only requires synthetic blend oil not only are these people rude but they tried charging her for work that was unnecessary and didn't even i... read more
