While at the Tuffy NPR location the other day, another customer came in with a tire leak issue. The mechanics identified the problem as rust on the rim damaging the seal with the tire's tube. They cleaned up the rust, created a smooth edge, and sent the customer away happy. No charge. With employees like this, you can trust Tuffy. They are honest. The prices are fair. They do good work. They got me in without an appointment. I will be pleased to go back for any work in the future.
Andrew was super professional and friendly. He openly communicated with me the entire repair process and helped me so much! Excellent customer service.

Thank you for being such an honest, friendly and an all around great company! My wife and kids came in today for a flat tire and you guys took care of them. She had nothing but great things to say (my kids did too!). You guys are awesome! Best auto shop in the Trinity area by far. Customers for life!

Big shout out to Tuffy Tire and Auto......I I always have my oil changed and tires balanced at this location and found I had a nail in my tire. Stopped by Sunday without an appointment, expected to wait for the repair. They took me right in and fixed the tire and did not charge me! The young man who fixed the tire was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this location.
