Service is terrible once Tuff Shed received your payment. You as home owner should not have to check their work. My mistake for not checking their work during the build and the base of the shed was placed off from its foundation. It looks unprofessionally done. Once installation is done, no one wants to answer my call.
Better than a 5 star experience. Jon helped me design our shed, his knowledge of the products, design and how all the components fit and looked were so valuable. His style and personality also made this a very enjoyable experience, fun actually. Working with him was fun, fast and resulted in the perfect shed for our space and location. An unprofessional installation of a shed gives it an unprofessional appearance. Make sure you as the home owner checks for squareness of the shed’s base framing prior to the wall and roof installation. Once installation is done, calling for support-good luck.
We purchased a shed from these guys and they were great to work with and we are very happy with it!
Purchased an 8x10 display shed from Home Depot/Tuff Shed. James the delivery Pro! did an amazing job of delivering and placement of the shed. This purchase had communication issues but finally got resolved and overall, this ended up being a great purchase!
