Very low stress experience. The sales team, Bryan and Steve, were nice and easy to work with. No high pressure and no pouncing on you the minute you step on the lot. I looked the truck over for about 10 minutes before going inside. They were both with other customers, so they handed me the keys and a dealer plate and said go take it for a ride! It was great!
Well the financial part was great easy approval everything went smooth. Then i get the truck home and i drive it for a few days the check engine light comes on ok probably something stupid no.... bad cats wrong o2 sensor leaking exhaust manifold clogged air filter its misfiring and spitting and sputtering. Let them know and did all they could to say i touched it and broke it. Then i was told tbey put ball joints in it went to grease them the other day and figured well ill check them i get looking at them and nope they are co... read more
We’re very honest called me right away and went over truck with me it had a little damage and were honest about what they were selling Wished other dealers were as honest and helpful
