I will never recommend someone moving into any apartment with avenue living. I’ve put in over 10 maintenance requests for the same issue, people come and nothing in the ends gets fixed. Along with 5-10 other major issues within the month I’ve lived here. I’ve tried speaking with people above maintenance and they are rude and hang up on me after I try explaining the issue (so far has been the same lady could be different with other managers if you get to speak to one) I have people threatening me from the floor below me and t... read more
Just don't... why this place has such high reviews is beyond me. Can't control your own heat, people ODing in the hallway, windows getting kicked in, needles around the sides of the building etc... you pay for 'security' yet our back door was unlocked for over a month, more than once... they ask faaar too much for these old shithole apartments... seriously, if you have the money, find somewhere else. The response from the 'owner' is actually kind of insulting... they really don't care about you, don't be fooled.
Just don't... why this place has high reviews is beyond me
