I scheduled an annual HVAC visit for our air conditioning system, The office staff at Tudi is always very friendly and professional and the service Technician was punctual and thorough in his service.
Professional, courteous and prompt
We had a high velocity system installed in our three story house that was built in 1902. Tudi came highly recommended from a friend and people whom I spoke to at the Home and Garden show. I had 4 companies come to our home to give an estimate for the installation. Two of the companies never got back to us. In Winter of 2017, my wife and myself ran into an issue with our gas line coming into the furnace at our house and had to have the Gas company called in to take a look. To make a long story short, the gas company shutoff the gas line and tagged the furnace because they found gas leaking from the furnace, so not only was it 18 degrees outside, I had to get this fixed ASAP. I have a yearly maintenance contract with Tudi for my furnace and air conditioning. They come out twice a year, once during the heating season and once during the cooling season. They call in advance to schedule at a time that is convenient for me. The technician that does the work is very polite and professional. He explains very clearly what problems, if any, he finds and what will be required to remedy. I trust this company and when it comes time for a new furnace or AC unit they will be the ones I call for installation.
