Finally, I found a customer oriented, professional heating and cooling company with quality workmanship. This company is Tudi. They diagnosed the problem, checked the warranty, order the parts expeditiously, and resolved the problem in an outstanding timeframe. Tudi mechanical systems has just earned another new customer. Communications were outstanding in scheduling, cost info, and parts delivery. Great Job! ***** ******

I had a very great experience with both the office personnel and the service person. They were both pleasant and helpful. I had an air conditioning problem and was only able to secure an appointment a week away but they had a cancellation the next day and called to say they could come out that day.... very good service.

It was a pleasure to have David diagnose and fix the problem with my ac. Also, he took the time to show me how to put a filter in the unit and to explain what happened to cause ac to not activate. Moreover, he gave me some details on the installation of a new unit at another house and informed his company to call me. He went though the various brands that I could buy and suggested a particular one that he thought was the most reliable. Tudi Mechanical was so easy to work with from start to finish in replacing our old furnace and air conditioning system. They were informative before the process and efficient, friendly and terrific during the process, which only took one day! They thoroughly cleaned up the area when they were done. It was a joy to have them in our home. We were especially glad to have the new A/C, as the following day brought temps in the 90's with high humidity. I'd recommend them 100% without hesitation.

We called Tudi Home Services for a leaking water heater. The response was immediate and they were able to send a plumber within a half hour. Dan C***** was the technician. He was very professional and efficient and explained what needed to be done and the options to fix the problem.

Tudi replaced 2 ceiling can lights (18 foot ceiling) and also had them replace an exterior motion sensitive flood light. The work was done correctly without an issue. On the exterior light, I wanted it re-positioned as well. They did a very nice and tight installation into the soffit and did a nice job covering up the original light placement spot. Very happy with the skill of the service personnel.
