I have had my furnace and a maintenance agreement for a year. Every person I have come in contact with has been respectful, friendly and immensely helpful. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received.
I have been using Tudi Mechanical Systems for several years now to perform yearly preventive maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. The technician that does this work is punctual and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone seeking this type of service.
We have been using Tudi for about 20 years and have always been very happy with their response and advice on our cooling and heating equipment.
Tudi was very easy to make an appointment with, the plumber arrived on time and was extremely professional. I had a variety of issues to address and Drew handled every one. I already made another service appointment with them and will recommend them to others.
Tudi quickly resolved a control system issue with my heating system that includes both a heat pump and a gas furnace. The technician explained what he was doing and gladly accepted any info that I provided concerning the system.
