Specialties Title X (pronounced Title Ten) is a federally funded high quality family planning program; open to all low-income men and women, both insured and uninsured, regardless of their ability to pay. Service fees are determined on a sliding fee scale, based on a person's income. Title X allows us to provide birth control, breast and cervical cancer screening, HPV vacccines, IUDs & Implants, and other reproductive health services at no or low cost. Wonderful groups of midwives and nurses. Received great prenatal care, the women were caring, attentive to my needs and concerns and always welcomed my other three children each time they came. Perfect water birth deliver at the center as well. Overall, this was by far the best care and experienced I've had
