I ordered a very simple part online, an oring for my power steering pump. I received a very basic confirmation, that processing and shipping would be in 2-4 days. Day 6 with no further information I called the tracking number, only to be routed to a add for life alert(what). I contacted the dealership directly and at first they could not find or confirm my order. Calling back after retrieving my confirmation number they had already located my order. Don't get their warranty. It's a pain to deal with and they aren't too transparent on what would be covered if you take your car in. Had a last minute issue come up and their turn around time was going to take too long so I had to take it to a auto shop who got it done the same day but had to come out of pocket. It was the lower control arm bushings that needed to be changed before a long trip out of state.
