Great experience and eager to help in any way that they could. Great rapport with the sales representative!
Did not buy a car yet but dealer has kept in contact to assist when ready. They have not been pushy or overbearing. I will continue to watch their site.
After 2 conversations per phone, time was set to view car. On arrival car was being serviced. Exterior of car was noted to be in poor condition. Not as per photos and description. Would not recommend this dealership. Wanted to to look at other vehicles.

Beaten, which operation going on here. Low prices listed and then when you find out the door price, they added another $5400 in nonsense fees and or add-ons. They have an F rating from the BBB.

Darius (and Trinity) was very friendly and patient. I actually went to Capitol Subaru five times. First drove a 2015 Forester with 64k miles, but priced too high. Carfax said no accidents, but there was a huge dent in the back hatch and a scratch on the bumper on the opposite side and drive didn’t feel quite right. Later drove a 2018 Forester with 97,000 miles and it felt much more solid. Had OTD price negotiated, but had my hesitation due to mileage.
