Trent was great to work with. The car was in great condition and was just what i was looking for.
Scheduled an appointment with Trent, he was prompt and helpful. I purchased the Pilot I wanted and drove it home.
I was asked to buy the car before taking it to my mechanic stupid policy.
Business response:
It is our policy to agree on numbers before a customer takes a vehicle to their mechanic for inspection.We ALWAYS allow customers to get a 3rd party inspection, no questions asked.It would not make any sense to allow cars to constantly leave the property for mechanic inspection and then brought back and to start talking numbers.If we do not agree on numbers at that point, a lot of time was wasted on both ends and the car was not available for other customers to view on the lot for no reason.I apologize if this policy seem "s... read more
