As always the service (cleaning this time) was superb. However, I was extremely early for my appointment, and while in the waiting area a "walk-in" entered and requested coverage information about Dr. Mohr's services. This person was absolutely so very rude, billergent, and would not allow Tricia to even respond to her inquiries. I've been seeing Dr Mohr for about 10 years and find new ways to appreciate her and her staff every time I visit. Always professional & up to date, always friendly, always good at explaining. Her office is in network for my insurance, not a small thing. And Jody, my excellent hygienist, makes it very close to fun to come to the dentist.
