Monday's appointment is probably the best in decades. Three items come to mind. The mood was low key. The time with the Doctor was informative and appointments were set. The new dental hygienist is one of the best experienced in a long time. (Explain) She took interest in who I was but didn't overdue it. Bottom line she wasn't "chatty", but just did her job. Not one second of discomfort during procedure. So grade A+ overall.
I previously saw Dr. Mohr several years ago. She was the dentist who took over my previous dentist's office prior to him passing away. I went to another dentist when I got married because it was who my husband was going to and it was much closer to my home. However, after going to see Dr. Mohr yesterday, I will stay with her office. Today was my first appointment at Mohr Smiles and I am so pleased with the office staff and Dr. Mohr. When I first walked in the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Then Brook the tech called me back and took my pictures ( 3 D), x rays and took my history and inquired about my concerns and tooth issues which needed to be addressed. Brook was a gem. The staff at Mohr Smiles rocks, from the time you walk in they go above and beyond…. The Hygienist made me feel comfortable and was as professional as she was knowledgeable. The little things make a huge difference and Dr Mohr and her staff knock the little things out of the park (and the big things also)!!!
