I was referred to Dr Steven A. Shapiro for my Hand ! He was very professional and knowledgeable. staff was very nice and helpful and I felt very comfortable there as far as CDC compliance goes.
My experience at TOI was very good. Almost no wait time for my scheduled appointment, which is rare for doctor offices. Their team approach made my visit effective and quick. Thanks Kim Gilbertson and TOI team!

the. dr was great he was supposed to get me information on ultra sound and still waiting a week later. was put on hold for 10 minutes to get a recording to call back. this was during business hours. dr great staff?

Check in was easy and the staff was great. Doctor assistant was easy to talk to and showed he cared.
