Wont waste my time with Petrow again. What an ego on that guy.
There are one or two great staff members but this is the third time i swear to god i get home with my cut-up boyfriend and no one has said word One about how to treat his surgical incisions or even 'here's some bandages & Neosporin samples'. Are you freakin' kidding me-?
Had an 8 appointment. Was called back within a few minutes of arrival. Triage nurse checked me in followed by the xray tech taking me for pics immediately . Dr Evans came in within a few minutes of my return. I was totally done by 8:30. Great organization and service.
My husband had surgery on his foot at TMC. We cannot say one negative thing. Over many years of dealing with hospitals for my aging father's care and some for myself, we can honestly say We have never had such a pleasant experience. The care was amazing. The staff was outstanding. Each person was cheerful, kind and patient. The nurses explained everything and made sure my husband understood what to expect. Dr Cohen is the only knee dr I will see since 2009! Love the staff, the facility is beautiful. Have only been treated in a kind professional manner everytime! He has performed one of my two surgeries and many injections. Love this place!!! :-)
Even though it is not my favorite place to hang out, Tucson Orthopaedic Institute receives an excellent rating! The staff was professional & accommodating, which made my short stay pleasant. My surgeon, Dr. Russell Cohen was outstanding!The ironic moment was when my assigned nurses happen to have common names of our family! Allison (daughter-in-law), Brittany (granddaughter), Elizabeth (mother-in-laws middle name) & Dominique (grandson). Someone suggested those family members were my Angels!
