My Mini S came up for its standard service as well as a programming recall. Crystal was the POC at the Service Desk. She was friendly, efficient and attentive. Based on my mileage, Crystal said I should have the brakes bled and the cabin filter changed. She presented the cost for each of the services setting my financial expectations.
