To begin, we have used Royal Mini for the last 5 years for servicing our 2012 Countryman. Service and Staff has always been excellent. However, I recently set an appointment that only involved an oil change and inspection. I had a number of things to do, and this is our only car. Unfortunately I was told there was a shortage of loaners. Since it opens at 7:30, I got there at 7:15 and waited.
