I've had the worst experience here, they had my car 21+days only did 3 thing never addressed the work I needed never did the diag on my check engine light either even after repeatedly telling them to do the work, they only want to chase a problem not find it rite away they will keep your car with zero communication and send you huge updates the car as if your the tech who's supposed to know where to go from there. Warning! Had a touch of a slip in my transmission on my 2006 R53 with a Auto 6 speed AW TF60SN. Thinking maybe a touch of fluid. I called Royals Mini service center to request a fluid check. I was told they did not do a simple check and top off, but for $450 they will do a fluid exchange.
just came here to ask a simple question because their phone number is not in service and the service told me to go to the sales side which i do and the next person there can’t answer the question so i go wait closer because everybody is huddled in one office gossiping instead of paying attention to customers in their lobby and i still wasn’t able to get the attention of anybody so i left and went to the car place down the street. the simple question was “if you pay in cash ca you buy a car here without a license” if you work... read more
