Ive been going to this service center for a few years- I got rid of my mini and my husband recently purchased another one. The team has been amazing to us given the issues we are having with the car. They kept us informed- offered a lyft ride for me to get the car and a loaner once I am able to afford another repair that is needed. cannot recommend this place enough.
Crystal is amazing, very kind and incredibly knowledgeable about my Mini Cooper. She did not let me drive off when something was wrong with my breaks when 3 other shops told me it would be okay even though I could tell something was wrong. She noticed right away, and took initiative to ensure I wasn’t out of a vehicle for the duration of my car’s shop visit. This is only one example of the many amazing things about her!
Highly recommended, great sales and service staff! Royal has a great team!
Do not take your vehicle there for Service. DO NOT. Very uneducated personnel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, was patient and understanding.. Until I began to lose $$ numerous times, and misdiagnosed issues. They’ll turn your back on you.
