Pat manages 3 properties for me- this year has been particularly trying, as we have has tenant issues with one of them. Pat is always professional, knows the laws inside and out, and is, bar none, the best property manager I have ever had. I look forward to to working with her for a long time to come.
I ll be moving to DC to for Graduate School soon, but wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that it has been a wonderful 4 1/2 years at my house. This property management company is excellent and made my stay very comfortable.
