Dr. Wu is an excellent optometrist. He is quick, but precise and knowledgeable. His responses to my questions and the general information he provides indicates that he is also well-read and up to date. Any comments regarding the office, its location, or seating for customers are truly missing the mark here. It is the quality of the service provided by the professional that matters.
Dr. Wu is always in a hurry. If you have anything to tell him, you need to interrupt his stream of thought and let him know. Otherwise, you may end up with an incorrect prescription your first time through because he makes assumptions instead of taking the time to ask questions. Would not see him again.
Dr Wu is great. His office staff on the other hand are unprofessional, provide slow service and not friendly at all!
