2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service The shop was specifically told that we did not want to drop vehicle off until parts were in because we were not going to rent a car. There was a 1 and a half delay due to guess what? Car parts! They should not have scheduled the job if parts were not already in. We would have gladly left a deposit. The staff is very nice but we were disappointed in the delay. 5 Star : Returned Clean
