I purchased a high output alternator. I brought my vehicle to a local car shop with a good reputation. I was soon contacted by the shop that the alternator I purchased from Tuscan Alternator did not fit my vehicle. I ended up paying $300 for the shop to reinstall my old bad alternator, basically undoing the work that they had just done. When I contacted TA, I was told that an error had occurred and that I was in fact sent the wrong item. I explained to TA that I spent, wasted $300 from this mishap on their part. Alternator went bad after 18 months. Would not recommend. I don't care about the warranty having to change it out every year and a half is not ok with me.
