Just moved out because we bought a house. Really liked the experience of renting from this company. We were treated very fairly. Any requested repairs were always completed very promptly. Prices were very fair for the area. If we needed to rent again, I would definitely rent again from this company.
We had a bad experience with A R Wilson Realtors in renting from them. The house was filthy when we moved in. We spent 2 days trying to get it clean but even after that it was still filthy because the house was not well maintained. A neighbor warned us that they don't respond to maintenance requests very good and he was right. We had water issues with major leaking and very humid air which no doubt produced mold.
