I bought my pro taper xps break lever only because of their lifetime warranty against bending, it would be stupid to pay 80 dollars for break lever otherwise. From my experience, they couldn’t care less about their products or shipment of said products. Interesting how most of the review are either one star or five, hardly any in between so here’s my 2 stars
Excellent customer service. We contacted them with a tire issue that the local distributor would not honor and they were prompt, concise and more than fair correcting the issue right away. Very refreshing and I appreciate it. We will do business again when the need arises.
pretty pathetic Left voicemails Emails & requested RMA for a product that is described wrong on their website No response….. It shouldnt take over a week to get things resolved I given you guys everything you have asked for the rma I have also sent pictures to customer service with no response Someone needs to resolve this issue I will never shop with your companies ever again This item needs returned & refunded Thanks
