My husband and I both see Dr. Tucker as our Cardiologist. As a retired nurse, I did research on Cardiologists near our home. I have a retired family member that worked in St. David's in Austin CATH LAB with Dr. Tucker and other cardiologists. He told me that Dr. Paul Tucker was his first choice. He's ethical, attentive, respectful, compassionate, and his surgical skills are outstanding. I have also been told he is a wonderful family man. We feel blessed to have found Dr. Tucker
Dr. Tucker is an exceptional physician. This is displayed not only in his skill/knowledge, but in the genuine concern he has for his patients well being. He has been my cardiologist for 8 years and I hope many more.

I found as a new patient, Dr. Tucker to be exact in determining what to do in my situation and I was teary b/c I had not been feeling good for awhile and he seemed to know what directive to take for tests and change in medication to help me get stable. I believe he is sincere in his approach in caring for his patients and feel I have a capable cardio specialist at hand for my situation. This appt was fitted in with short notice. Paul Tucker is an outstanding physician because he saved my life. In my case he was an exceptional listener. He excelled in determining the latent root cause of what was causing me, a physically active male, to require an afternoon nap. His exceptional team reached out to me immediately following the result of my stress test to schedule an angiogram. Paul explained the need for immediate triple bypass surgery to my wife and me. Of the MD’s I have had I rate Dr Tucker in the 99th percentile.
He is very efficient, takes the time to talk to you and answers your questions.
I and several friends use Dr Tucker for our heart specialist. He is the best in Austin as far as I'm concerned
He treated both my parents, my sister & I and our spouces. He’s the greatest. He really knows what he is doing and I will never forget the kindness he showed my parents when caring for them. (McClellans)
