I was interested in an apartment but it was awful to talk to the property manager about any information personally? I saw the apartment, called for app information, I was a little too early for office hours she said call back again when we open just an hour later no answer I leave a message with contact info, I show up to get information needed to apply and i told her about the message, she says well I was at the doctor's....thats very unfortunate but you were there just then in the office while a childs having fun in your o... read more
Responding to Kathy Joe Wardell. I thought I was the only one she made do that. I have Pais my rent along with others at the same time., and they paid with money orders or even a check one time. I was like wait a minute. I asked a guy have he always paid with money order and he said yes. He said that might be discrimination of some sort. But yeah she insisted that I pay with cash. Crazy
DONT rent here!!! It’s horrible. The property manager Winnie I’d a BIG liar. She says you have to pay rent in cash.. no way. Watch it. I always pay by money order. Don’t care if she wants cash. No way. I have lived here since May 15. My dish washer still not fixed. Air is leaking through light in dining room. Oh and some guy came and just put pic pipe to drain my ac. Then he never came ba k to finish it. He took filter. Still waiting for him to bring me new one. Oh and took 7 weeks and still never had maintenance come change... read more
***WE GOT EVICTED BECAUSE THEY LOST OUR MONEY ORDER *** ALL OF THE APARTMENTS HAVE MOLD AND THEY’LL DO NOTHING TO FIX IT *** This place needs to get with the times and figure out an online payment system or how to receive direct deposits. Getting a money order every month is archaic. I actually very much enjoyed my apartment at Chace Place (for the most part).
