I initially hired these people because of their great reviews, even though their fees were much higher than other plumbers. I have a vintage toilet that was running constantly and had a new drainpipe to be installed in the bathroom sink. When they left, the drain leaked and the chain on the toilet was broken. They replaced only the flapper on the toilet (I've heard from other plumbers that a whole new kit should have been installed). I have been awaiting this bad review.. Im glad its finally arrived. There is so much more details to this story than in this review. I can tell you that no one deserves to be bashed and threatened over a broken flapper chain. To the extent that this is the only customer in 12 years of business that has been blocked from calling again. There is so much wrong with this review, that my defense is pointless. I had installed a water heater myself, but was puzzled by a lack of hot water in the house. I called Tubular and they sent two gentlemen over that morning. Turns out my valve was stuck - I had turned it 90 degrees until I felt resistance, then stopped. After they “fixed” that, they went over my connections and checked everything out for me. Great customer service and I was happy to pay the small consultation fee to fix my error. Would definitely use Tubular in the future.

On more than one occasion they have been on-site at my business repairing all kinds of plumbing issues from sink installs, hot water heater repairs and eventually a new tank install.
