Tubby’s was a great experience! The whole process from initial inquiry, through the estimating process, through installation and follow up was easy and accurate. Dealing with everyone in the company was a pleasure. The Techs were awesome and the project looks great. We are very satisfied! The whole experience was painless and we have a high level of confidence the work is high quality. We will definitely have them back for our other two baths and we highly recommend them. Had them repair a crack in a fiberglass shower surround. Seeing the process and equipment this company used, it's obvious that this is a quality repair! Not only were they professional in their work, and demeaner, they were very friendly and accommodating to my requests! I love finding and supporting local family owned businesses that uphold seemingly lost high standards. I really can't speak highly enough! Thank you Tubby's Tub & Tile!

Tubby's did a great job on my shower cut out and re-glaze. John R was on time and friendly and did nice work. He cleaned up and mopped the floor on his way out. Jennifer in the office was super responsive and friendly too. Highly recommend this business.

Asked for an estimate and was very pleased with the customer service in terms of scheduling someone to come out and bid our tub repair. However, when I received the estimates, I was told they would only provide a 1 year warranty because this was a rental (as opposed to a 5 year warranty in an owner occupied home). This was, I was informed, industry standard. John did a great job with my cracked tub. He was very professional and polite. Everyone from the office was very helpful as well. I definitely recommend these folks for any work you need done.
