Teach your staff to use a wait list. Staff was clearly frustrated which made ours....and clearly everyone around us..upset. Incomplete orders were given. Excessive wait for food and drinks. A note to the owner/manager..why weren't you on duty?? Why were a bunch of kids expected to run and operate an establishment who had NO experience on controlling operations.... and on a busy Friday? You set your team up for failure. I watched customers walk out. This is a reflection on upper management.

Drinks from the bar were on point!!! Carne Asada tacos, chips, queso, & guac were just what we needed after a long day exploring. The waitress recommended we try the fries and those were awesome, too! We loved it so much that we went twice during our visit to Fredericksburg! — at Tubby's Ice House.
No being out of town trying it .....bartender not behind her bar gone but two waitresses there that can’t touch the bar. Look back at camera I stood waited and then sat in a chair waiting for the bartender . Horrible service food over cooked would not return. We tried the food that is popular burger was dry and salty . I’d rather go back to pasta bella traveling everytime and not try something new after that restaurant

I like that they had vegan options. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The prices were good as well.
Had great service and food. grilled chicken lemongrass sandwich with pulled pork loaded fries. a must stop from the congested main street.
