RecommendedRochelle Rochester, FNP was amazing as I was nervous about the swelling in my nose, and left a message on my phone to have me get a prescription just in case the swelling doesn't go down. She was super sweet and professional with a lovely personality. The medical assistant was also super nice. I have come here before, and they are all super nice.
i was refused service while having an active asthma attack. They wouldnt take me in for breathing treatment even after saying I would pay out of pocket because they didnt accept kaiser insurance. I sat in the parking lot and passed out waiting for a ride to the energency room at the hospital.
Doctor Way and his nurse Sylvia got my daughter in quickly and took great care of her!
They refused to help a man with a u.t.I. because he was developmentally handicapped. Was even told that was what we were there.they made us go to r.r. because of his mental status even though he can walk and per in a cup the rest of use went to r.r and it was a I.r.I. but took 3hrs. Ddoctor PArk is an idiot don't go there
We got in immediately. Staff was friendly.
