The review title says it all. This was my first time taking our 3 kids in (their mom usually handles it) and the greeting was very warm and welcoming, the kids were taken right away for their care and the whole experience was very friendly and professional. The kids feel at ease and show no signs of anxiety about being there.
We have been very happy with Dr. Ridgley and her office staff. My kids have no fear of going to the dentist because Dr. Ridgley and her staff make it fun and inviting. Thank you for all you do!
We have been seeing Dr. Ridgely for about 13 years now. We have a good relationship with her and all the hygienists. It's great to be able to have real relationships and be educated about our kids teeth. My three all get to be examined at once, which makes it very convenient. We love coming here!
As always, everything starts on time and goes smoothly.
Our sons have been patients of Dr Ridgley for a few years now. Going to the dentist has always been a positive experience for them. The hygienists are gentle and informative with terrific skills relating to children. It is also a plus, as a mother of two, to be able to have them both be examined at the same time in the same room so I can be aware of how well they are taking care of their teeth and what areas may need additional work. We are glad to have found this pediatric dentist office.
Can't imagine going anywhere else! Makes a dentist visit not so frightening!
My children actually look forward to going to the dentist....honestly! They receive smiles and fun conversation from everyone. As a parent I receive very clear information about each of my kids, because I am present during their appointments.I get to listen and see my older child learning to brush a spot better and see and discuss my younger child's exam. Oh yes, and gold coins to pick a prize at the end makes my kids day.
Great first dentist experience for both my 5 and 3 year old kids. Older one needed a filling and that went without a hitch. His only complaint was that the dentist got in the way of the movie sometimes. Highly recommended.
Dr Lisa is the best. Both my kids are shy but she puts them at ease and is able to do restorative dental work without any drama.
