Appts always run on time. Dental hygienists are wonderful with the kids - very caring and good at making the kids feel relaxed. Dr. Ridgely is calm and takes the time to explain what she is doing & any problems.
My kids, now 12 and 8, have been seeing Dr. Ridgley for years. Dr. Ridgley and her entire team are absolutely wonderful. They are personable, kind, gentle, and they make the experience such a positive one. My kids LOVE to go to the dentist! They always look forward to their next visit. This is so hard for me to imagine... since I NEVER recall enjoying a visit to the dentist when I was young. Even when my youngest had to have a few fillings, his exact words: "It was great!"
Everything about our experience there was great. All the staff are calm patient and nice for my childs first dentist visit ever.
My two children (boy 12 and girl 9) started seeing Dr. Ridgley over 6 years ago. The appointments are on time and easy to schedule at times that work for our us. The hygentist are thorough in their cleaning and their patient education. We've had one dental emergency (baseball accident). Dr. Ridgley was responsive, told us what we needed to do immediately and provided excellent dental treatment. My 6 year old daughter has not had successful dental apt. in the past. So we switched to here and my daughter stayed relaxed during the filling and I was so happy, finally a breakthrough. Thank you to the team to help us get to this point.
Dr. Ridgley is always there when we need her. On such short notice, She came in on a Saturday morning and fixed my son's tooth. She is so wonderful.
It was easy with the nitrus.
We have een going to see Dr. Wrigley for many years and both she and her staff are very calm and confident when working with children. We continue to have great experiences and would highly recommended this practice to others.
We've been seeing Dr. Ridgley for years. She is knowledgeable, kind, funny and has a great bedside manner. Her entire staff are great with kids and really make the effort to help them feel at ease. Which helps make a 'not so fun' experience not that bad.
