Absolutely love everyone in the office. Dr. Yarborough is great and doesn't make me feel like a bad mom for my daughter having the start of cavities. She and the staff are great with my daughter who hates going to the dentist. The office is definitely geared towards making everyone feel comfortable. They have a fun play area for kids before they get taken back and then offer TVs for kids to watch while they are in the chair to distract them. My kids love going to the dentist. That should say it all!
Dr. Lisa is awesome! Her staff greeted my kids enthusiastically when we arrived and both kids were excited to get in the dental chair. The hygienists engage the kids in conversation and involve them in the cleaning, even my son, who is very active, was able to sit still through his visit. Dr. Lisa's examination was thorough, she praised the kids about their hard work to keep their teeth cleaned and encouraged them in the areas they need to improve their dental hygiene. Dr. Lisa and her staff make dental visits exciting and fun! Our daughter was so excited when Dr. Lisa told her she had a loose tooth! Since her brother started losing his teeth a couple of years ago she has been asking, impatiently, when she would lose a tooth so Dr. Lisa made her day and we heard about the loose tooth all evening. As much as our kids typically hate going to the doctor/dentist, they did really well and felt very comfortable on their last visit. Thanks again.
They whole process was quick and efficient. The entire staff was friendly and I loved that the dentist told my son where & how to brush his teeth better by showing him in the mirror and explained how to floss - using a C shape. That was very helpful for both of us.
