I’ve been going to kool nails for years now and they always treat me wonderfully and do my gel x perfectly.
I got a regular nail polish manicure and the polish was completely chipping off less than 12 hrs later (I don’t work with my hands or do anything that would cause premature chipping) which I’ve never experienced from salon nail polish before. The nail polish must be either poor quality or very old, and when it was initially being painted I noticed the nail technician having some trouble with its consistency so she added something or did something to address that but I couldn’t see what it was. Everytime I go to Kool Nails I am always leaving happy. My gel manicures always stay on for such a long time and they always do their best work! Highly recommend!
