Terrible customer service.
RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!! I went to get a manicure, and the first red flag was that they serviced clients who came in after me, before assisting me. When they finally took me, the manicurist did a poor job on my nails, she didn't file my nails in the same shape. I mentioned to her very politely that none of my nails were filed in the same shape. She then rudely stopped working on my nails, held out the file, then yelled "Do it yourself!" I was flabbergasted. Then she stated, "You only came here for a manicure." It appears tha... read more
