⭐☆☆☆☆ – T & T Golden Nails I gave T & T Golden Nails more than one opportunity, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing both times. I attempted to receive services here on two separate occasions and was denied service each time. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. What was most surprising was that even customers who were being serviced appeared shocked by the way I was treated. Terrible customer service.
RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!! I went to get a manicure, and the first red flag was that they serviced clients who came in after me, before assisting me. When they finally took me, the manicurist did a poor job on my nails, she didn't file my nails in the same shape. I mentioned to her very politely that none of my nails were filed in the same shape.
