Dr. Chen is a nice kind dentist and her staff is very polite and helpful. I choose not to get x-rays and fluoride and she doesn't give me a hard time.
I found Dr. Chen's practice by reviewing email postings like the one I hope to present here. The last dentist's office that I visited was very "upscale" in its appearance, and more than ready to give you their T-shirt, their pitch about how great they are, and quickly provide their extensive, expensive treatment plan. It was a good experience I was pleasantly happy with the service from entire staff.
I recently left Dentalworks in Matthews because of their lack of any sort of chair side manner. After one visit i can tell that Dr Chen's office is exactly the opposite! The staff was very professional and personable. I was extremely happy with the dental plan that they went over with me in detail and for which the prices were clear and well explained. I did not feel pressured in any way and Dr Chen went out of her way to introduce herself and shake my hand. Very happy that I switched.
My visit today was very good. Dr Chen is such a pleasure to have as a dentist. She is always very thorough and makes me feel comfortable with whatever the situation.
Everyone was very friendly! I felt right at home and comfortable. And I was in and out very quickly.

Took impressions for a mouth guard device. The procedure went smoothly, no problems. In a couple of weeks the device will arrive and no dental damage will occur.
The service we received were perfect. The staff were very nice and patient. They explained all the details to us so we understood everything. The procedure were all reasonably priced and were covered by our insurance policy from blue cross blue shield. Thanks dr. Chan.
