Love this dentist!! Excellent service, friendly staff, no long waits!! 😊
My thoughts going in were not favorable. The online service company that drove me to them is not synced with their schedule of appointments. It mattered to me because of the pain, I was in. There are no real emergencies in this field. It is business defined by hours of operations. My problem began to be noticed in earnest around 3 am Sunday morning. The dentist office has long been a place I have feared spending any time. Bad experiences as a child influenced my apprehensiveness to schedule regular dental appointments for years, except for emergencies. My wife Tonya and my two older daughters Madison and Meghan have had so many positive things to say about Dr. Chen and everyone in the office. We met Dr. Chen when she took over the practice from Dr. Kaldre and we immediately appreciated her attention to detail, flexible hours, fabulous staff, and dedication to our dental care. We have been with her for 5 years and now that we have moved far away from Charlotte, we still come back once a year for our dental check ups with Dr. Chen.
