The utter and competence of this company I called in over three times this year alone to get them to re-update the account they're supposed to withdraw the funds from and they keep pulling it from the wrong account. They also don't know what are R29 error is and how it only applies to withdrawals not debits. Customer service and the collections team are both incompetent. Don't use this company if you have two bank accounts and operating and a deposit account

I am a merchant operating as part of a franchise system, and my store has been singled out as the only location required to complete an ongoing PCI scan process through TransLink / TransFirst. No clear explanation has ever been provided as to why my store alone is subject to this requirement while other franchise locations are not. Long-time customer (15+ years) who finally dug into the details. What I found was deeply disappointing. Despite being told our “rates were lowered” and being shown a side-by-side comparison, our effective processing costs remained very high due to layered fees, downgrades, minimums, and fixed charges that were never clearly addressed. As a vendor using TSYS, I paid more out in fees than I profited from card transactions in 25’. While I don’t process many cards as a contractor, I like to make it an option. Not anymore. $1200 in fees over and above the monthly fee and (depending on the card processed) nearly 10% of the sale. That’s over half the margins! Over $700 in the beginning of the year for the annual fee and another $455 in November for additional fees to help fund their “upgrades”.
