Alan is the man, and is transparent beyond the basics to make sure you understand, I am extremely thankful to him and his team. I have a BRZ and he helped with a supercharger build and will continue to be my guy for everything I plan on doing on the future, it is only the beginning. If you have a build in mind or just simple maintenance this man knows just about all.
Huge thanks to Alan, Jacob, and the rest of the TST Auto team. They did a fantastic job. Alan gave it to me straight, didn't run me around at all. Pricing is very fair. I couldn't be happier with the service I got. Alan even gave me a little tour of the shop and his projects. I'll never take my Subaru anywhere else.
Do not go here. Alan (shop owner) is very emotional, disorganized, and does not like it when you ask questions or know more than him. I brought my vehicle in for a few issues and asked for quote of labor plus parts cost. Alan was unable to provide a neat, organized quote and could only send me total prices via text. Kept trying to upsell me on aftermarket parts when I wanted to put in OEM parts. Was upset that I ordered OEM replacements to the shop (after he authorized me to do so) because his part prices were higher. Ended ... read more
Don’t take your car to Alan unless you like being ignored, disrespected, and nearly killed on the highway. I paid cash for a motor swap and was given a 90-day warranty. When the check engine light came on within two months, I reported it well within the warranty and even sent photos, OBD codes, and camera proof that the cylinder heads and gaskets were failing.
