My experience at TSI was awesome. Everyone involved in my purchase was super attentive, informative, and professional. I got help from Ivy who was an amazing person and very helpful. She showed me some great trucks. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TSI TRUCK SALES.. we live in indiana and first thing yesterday morning (7/23/19) TSI ACCEPTED A PURCHASE PRICE ON A KW 900. IVY , (sales contact person) was to send our purchase agreement so we could sign and make the purchase. We Called, text, and email for the purchase contract to be sent all day yesterday and all day today. Even had a certified mechanic from peterbilt go this morning to do a independent inspection on it. the issues was discussed with TSI , they agreed to fix and AGAIN ASKED FOR THE PURC... read more
I bought a nice Transcraft flat at a reasonable price. I was working with Ivy who seemed to have it together. The ad said the trailer was perfect. She also stated that they make sure everything goes out DOT ready. Well, I got an annual DOT on it today (which she said she would do and did't) and one of the inside tires had wire showing. Had to buy two new ones to pass. Her response? Blamed it on the weather. I have her a week's notice for picking it up. You guys can do better than this.

Bad experience. When I first looked at the truck at had all new tires. Went back to get the truck they had changed all the tires. Well I did get new tires except for the steering they said they were not going to replace them but there were clearly new ones on the truck a week prior they took the tires off my truck because they said another buyer wanted the tires.
