I visited toward the end of day not knowing what to expect. I was very happy to get the time spent on my custom order that Christian 2 wrote up. He asked questions that allowed me to ask - what if we change this dimension. Seems like if they can get 2 pieces out of roll stock the price comes down. I appreciate the time and care taken to get exactly what I needed. Now that is good customer service!
