TSI customer service is outstanding
TSI does all of our audio/visual, alarm & monitoring work! Our tv that we bought in Pensacola 3.5 yrs ago went out recently and we needed a replacement. I priced a few different big box locations for another 75” tv, and then I called TSI for a quote since they sell them too. They were with $18 of the big box prices, are a local business with 25yrs serving our area, have fair prices for installation and do not charge for removal of the old set to recycle it! Fantastic company, from the receptionist and front office (who is always ready to take your call), to the installers and techs (that will also return your call and walk you through issues step by step or come to you if necessary), to the owners themselves (who are hands-on, which is hard to come by these days). Prompt, courteous service...truly a great value. Highly recommend!
