I'm confused to see some of the negative reviews. We have been very fortunate with everyone we've dealt with at TSC. Our sales rep Chanz is amazing, very helpful and informative. They have decent pricing, a later cut-off time than most other suppliers, and I am a fan of the rebate incentive. They may not be as "big" as the top suppliers right now, but they are definitely improving and growing at a nice rate. We are very happy with TSC.
Terrible company to deal with plus we enrolled in the Gift Card Rewards Program and did not received the gift cards after numerous calls NO ONE HELP. Stop doing business with them.

TSC is my main distributor for blank apparel for years. The few times that there has been an issue with an order they rectified it immediately.

I left a review last year but after my last 2 experiences, I need to revise. Customer service is non existent- high rep turnover, no consistency or follow thru. Not sure what’s going on but they need some serious customer service improvement. Placed a large order last Friday- UPS says they never got package out of Portland - my rep says it shipped... so we’re at a standoff. TSC never followed up with UPS. Pricing issues with order... manager was supposed to contact me and I’ve heard nothing.
